Kasi Time is made up of three childhood friends namely; Lwazi “Trigga F” Mhlongo from Nelspruit in Mpumalanga and two brothers Thammy “T square Kasi’’ Masinga and Sbusiso “K stunning” Masinga, both from Nelspruit in Mpumalanga.
Apart from doing music, Thammy has completed an honours Degree in BSc dietetics in the University of Limpopo (Turfloop Campus) whereas Sbusiso and Lwazi are still in College.
Their style is inspired by Kasi (township) life and they rap in both vernacular and English.
The group have been making major moves in the underground industry since they’ve started in 2009.
